Members can pay 24/7 at local kiosk
Rockcastle County members now have the option of paying their electric bill close to home. A payment kiosk has been installed at Peg's Food Mart. Peg's is just off Interstate 75 Exit 59.
Payments can be made 24 hours a day with cash, check, credit or debit cards. The kiosk does not provide change. If you are paying in cash and pay more than the bill total, the extra amount will be credited to your account. Members can scan their bill or enter their account number to make a payment.
"The kiosks will provide a convenient way for members to pay their bill," says JEC Vice President of Corporate Services Ryan Henderson. "This is teh first of several we will install throughout our service area." The payment will be credited to your account within minutes of making a payment. Jackson Energy will roll out additional kiosks in other counties in 2018.
